LeBron James is widely considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time due to his exceptional professional career, numerous awards, and achievements. During his legendary career, he has developed several heated rivalries with opposing teams and players.

Former Boston Celtics star Paul Pierce had a rivalry with James during their time in the league together. In a recent episode of the show “Undisputed,” Pierce made challenging statements regarding the four-time NBA Champion’s career.

Pierce, also known as “The Truth,” asserted that he was the reason James transformed from a great player to an all-time great.

“I truly feel responsible for taking LeBron to that next level. When he went to Miami, Game 6 in Boston when we had them on the ropes to go back to the Finals, that was the game that took LeBron to the next level.” Paul Pierce said during the latest episode of ‘Undisputed.’

After Pierce made his statement, the show’s host, Skip Bayless, questioned whether the Celtics star was the one responsible for covering James during that breakout performance in game 6 of the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals.

“It wasn’t a lot against me. I was a little older. I guarded him a little. Brandon Bass guarded him.” Pierce added.

Paul Pierce Gives Bronny James Game-Changing Tips to Dominate on the Court

During the interview, Pierce also offered advice for LeBron James’ son, Bronny James. The 46-year-old former NBA player mentioned that Bronny needs to be more confident in his offense, and he needs to be more aggressive on the court when taking his shots.

“He needs to have more confidence in his offense. I don’t think he was aggressive enough. I don’t think he looked to take his shots…He can be that 3-and-D guy. But he has to show me a little more aggressiveness.. This NBA is a make-or-miss league.. If you can’t make shots, it’s gonna be tough for you to play, especially at the guard slot.” Pierce added.

Pierce also took shots at Kawhi Leonard, who was recently removed from the Team USA roster and replaced by the Boston Celtics player Derrick White.

Shaquille O’Neal’s passion for cars, particularly his fondness for extreme customizations, is well-known among his fans. The former NBA star has never shied away from pushing the boundaries of car remodeling while often adding luxurious vehicles to his impressive collection.

Recently, Shaq took to Instagram to showcase his latest automotive acquisition—a sleek, black Tesla Cybertruck. This isn’t just any Cybertruck; it’s a custom “Cyberbeast” featuring rear carbon fiber fender flares. Impressively, this marks Shaq’s second purchase of a Cybertruck.

The excitement surrounding Shaq’s new ride didn’t go unnoticed. Even Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk, took note of the NBA legend’s latest purchase. Musk shared Shaq’s Instagram post on X, simply captioning it with a nod of approval, captioning it, “Nice.”

NBA fans were equally fascinated by Shaq’s intense passion for cars. They admired the former star’s latest addition to his collection, which was incredibly stylish and exciting.

Shaquille O’Neal Weighs In On Lakers’ Prospects

Despite coming off a mediocre season, the Los Angeles Lakers have not made any significant moves to improve their roster, leading to speculation about another lackluster performance in the upcoming season. Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal weighed in on the team’s prospects during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show on ESPN.

I think personally, they’re gonna have a rough start. And what I mean by that, you know, as a coach, it’s all about respect. If I’m a guy that’s played seven or eight years and I have a young coach who I think I was a better player than, there’s gonna be a level of disrespect there,” Shaq said.

LeBron and AD will do a great job of keeping everyone in order, but I always said that if you really respect your coach, you’ll really go out there and play hard,” he added.

Shaq secured three NBA championships with the Lakers. But this storied franchise has struggled in recent seasons to meet fans’ expectations after their last title win in 2020.

Who Is Malika Andrews’ Husband?

Dave McMenamin isn’t as popular as Malika Andrews, but he’s been around for a while.

He joined ESPN in 2009 and mainly covers the Los Angeles Lakers. The 41-year-old played college basketball in Ireland and was a student manager at Syracuse during Carmelo Anthony’s run to the national championship in 2003.

He is also the author of the New York Times best-seller, ‘Return of the King: LeBron James, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Greatest Comeback in NBA History.’ ESPN colleague Brian Windhorst co-authored the book.

Meanwhile, Andrews hosts ‘NBA Today’ and ‘NBA Countdown’ at said network.

Their mutual love for basketball influenced their wedding date, 8.24.24, a day reserved to celebrate the late Kobe Bryant.

TPS would like to congratulate the newlyweds and wish them all the best.
