After the Straw Hat Pirates maneuver the Baroque Works agents to positions across from each other in a cloud of dust, Usopp impersonates Miss Merry Christmas to trigger Mr. 4’s attack, directing it at his teammate by mistake. The fight is an excellent demonstration of the silliness and trickery that have become characteristic of Usopp’s battles.
2The Straw Hats’ Fight Against the Black Cat Pirates Sets the Tone for Usopp’s Character
