The Hobby-Hobby Fruit is one of the many Devil Fruits that appear in the Dressrosa Arc, and it was a key part of Doflamingo’s operation. When the user touches another person, they can transform that individual into a living toy, and they seemingly lose all of their physical strength in the process. Even Mihawk would be turned into a toy if the user touches him. That being said, this transformation can technically be reversed with Haki.

Mihawk’s Haki should be strong enough to reverse the transformation, but he will likely be unable to use his Haki if the user forms a contract in time. Once the contract is formed, the toy is forced to obey all of the user’s commands. The user can order him to not use Haki to undo the effects of the Hobby-Hobby Fruit, and they can then force Mihawk to fight on their behalf.

Unlike most Logia Devil Fruits, the Woods-Woods Fruit turns the user’s body into a solid substance – which means that Mihawk can cut through the user’s body. That being said, the user will not be harmed unless Mihawk imbues his sword with Haki. Like its name suggests, the Woods-Woods Fruit gives someone the ability to create, control, and transform into plants.

This Devil Fruit apparently offers a form of telekinesis – which can be used to completely immobilize powerful individuals. The Op-Op Fruit is arguably the best Devil Fruit that a One Piece doctor can have, but it can also be very effective in combat. The user can manipulate the fabric of space within a designated spherical area that they create. The sphere can cover a small battlefield, but with enough training, the user can create a sphere that encompasses an entire island.

If Mihawk is caught inside the Op-Op Fruit’s sphere, his attacks may never land because the user can avoid them by teleporting away. If they wanted to, the user can teleport Yoru and the rest of Mihawk’s blades away. The Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit debuted during the Summit War at Marineford, and it is technically the only Devil Fruit that perfectly counters Mihawk. The user can turn any part of their body into diamond – which is arguably the hardest substance in One Piece. The diamond skin does impede the user’s movements, but an experienced user can still execute well-timed attacks.

During the war, Jozu used the Diamond-Diamond Fruit to block Mihawk’s strongest slash. The attack did not even scratch his body.
