Lisa Armstrong has slashed the price of her and ex-husband Ant McPartlin’s former home after it went up for sale in May.

The makeup artist, 47, has lopped £250,000 off the asking price of the home she previously share with Ant, 48.

She placed the fire-ravaged place up for sale for £4million in May 2024 but has had to drop the price just three months into the sale after it failed to excite buyers.

The divorced couple, who split in 2018, bought the property, which is on an exclusive street in Chiswick, for £2.3million in 2006.

Lisa was handed the keys to the semi-detached property as part of her divorce deal from Ant.

The property, which she has reportedly been renting out, boasts three bathrooms and two cloakrooms.

It comes after the lavish home was gripped by an fire in September last year, costing £1million worth of damage.

Lisa rented the property to a family of six but it has remained empty since the fire.

A source told The Sun newspaper that Lisa ‘doesn’t want the hassle anymore’ and has bought a new home nearby which has a pool and a gym.

They said: ‘Lisa has long since moved on, but this is one of the last connections she has from her marriage to Ant’.

A Daily Mirror photographer at the time reported that the house was being rented by a family of six, and their nanny first spotted smoke coming from the first floor bedroom.

The only people in the house at the time are thought to have been the nanny and the cleaner – and the blaze is believed to have been electrical, the newspaper reported.

One of the bedrooms includes a primary suite with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a study, a games room and a bar area.

The mansion, listed on RightMove, is described as ‘a substantial double-fronted family home’ and located on ‘a sought-after residential road’.

The property includes an 80ft south facing rear garden – with a self-contained garden studio, as well as a gym room and games/cinema room/bar area, according to the listing.

The 27 photos attached show off the spacious pad and garden, which is adorned with trees and decking, with some bedrooms appearing to have had the floors ripped out.

Lisa has since moved into a new property nearby and recently described the abode as her ‘happy place’ – sharing snaps of several rooms which she had designed to her taste.
