Harvey Isn’t The Only Celebrity To Be The Subject Of A Death Hoax In Recent Years

For his part, Harvey hasn’t discussed the recent reports of his death. However, as The U.S. Sun noted, this is actually the fourth time this year that Harvey was the subject of such death rumors.

In the past, however, Harvey has occasionally poked fun at these rumors. Back in July, he shared a post on X reading, “Me seeing that Rip Harvey is trending.” The post also notably featured a photo of Harvey scrolling on his phone.

Harvey isn’t the only celebrity to be the subject of false death reports. In recent years, such names subject to similar hoaxes include Alan Jackson, Bruce Willis, Denzel Washington, and Dolly Parton.

Of course, false death reports have been around for years. After all, Mark Twain was famously quoted as saying, “The report of my death was an exaggeration,” which is often misquoted as, “Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.”
